2.1. These terms and conditions (hereinafter “T&Cs”) govern the rights and obligations related to the use of the website operated by the Provider and to the use of services and information provided through this website.

2.3. The Provider may change these T&Cs at any time. The current version is always available on this website. Continued use of the website after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated T&Cs.

3.1. Information published on this website, including content relating to the GovReady service, is for information and presentation purposes only. It does not constitute legal advice, regulatory advice, certification, audit, or any binding professional opinion.
3.2. The Provider is not a certification body, notified body, accredited auditor, or regulatory authority. Services offered under the GovReady brand constitute advisory services on readiness for regulatory requirements (readiness assessment), not formal certification or attestation under Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 of the European Parliament and of the Council (AI Act) or any other legal instrument.
3.3. No output, report, assessment, or recommendation provided by the Provider replaces formal certification, conformity assessment, or a decision of the competent regulatory authority. The recipient of services is solely responsible for fulfilling its legal obligations.
3.4. Information on this website cannot be treated as a guarantee of compliance with any law, norm, or standard including, without limitation, ISO/IEC 42001, the EU AI Act, the GDPR, or other regulatory frameworks.
4. Registration and contact details
4.1. The website may contain forms to register interest, subscribe to a newsletter, or download materials that require contact details (e.g. name, email address, company name).
4.2. Submitting a form does not create any contractual relationship between you and the Provider. A contractual relationship requires a separate written agreement signed by both parties.
